Based on advice from the Microsoft forum, I first ran the Troubleshooter no effect and then uninstalled the driver from the Device Manager and rebooted, but no new driver was installed. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I'm sorry but I'm out of ideas. I'm not sure if altering the registry will help or cause problems.
